I hope all is well with you. It has been a couple of weeks since I wrote. Care to give me a quick reply with a note about your pursuit of drones? I'd love to stay in touch with you.
Here's something for you to learn and benefit from. Did you know that there are at least FOURTEEN (14) email newsletters about drones?!? Quite amazing. That's the number I've collected in my "Ultimate List of Drone Resources."
I know your next question is, "Brett, do you actually subscribe to all of those?!" The answer is... No. :-) However, I do subscribe to many. For the others, I follow as many as possible on various social media accounts like Twitter and LinkedIn so I see a lot of their news in drips as it comes out.
Do you subscribe to any now, Friend? Hopefully they are on my list already. And when you tell me, it helps me avoid news there. In fact, there might be additional news or info I could augment to it. Please reply here to let me know what you are receiving, ok?

Something else you may not have known, I am the Vice-President of Drone Pilots Federation. This is an educational non-profit organization with members in 55+ countries around the world dedicated to helping drone pilots fly safe, be successful, and do Good with their drones.
Earlier this year, we started a weekly email newsletter to all our members. It has a consistent format every week. We curate and consolidate all the news and information that comes through our "radar" and give you the most important items in these categories:

The Sacramento Chapter News is there because we have a high concentration of members in this region, and it's the only active chapter at the moment. Also, that's where Bruce Parks (DPF President) and I are based (not coincidentally).
One thing you might notice, Friend-- these news items are NOT about drone technology. They are focused on PEOPLE and the knowledge that PEOPLE can use to be more effective and successful with drones. No matter what technology they are using.
