(1) IB Prep

Creative Campus’ IB Prep is a bridging programme that provides IB Year 4 graduates with an overview of what’s to come in Years 5 and 6.

It will prepare students holistically for Literature and Text Analysis [for Lang/Lit], by imparting the requisite structure, skills and techniques needed to analyse various text types, unseen prose and poetry.

Students will write full essays and receive prompt and personalised feedback on each assignment.

Time: 4pm -6pm

Fee: $120 per lesson x 6 weeks = $720

(2) GP Essay Prep
Writing essays at JC and GP level is a distinct notch up from the Secondary and O levels.

Examiners expect more in terms of evaluation, breadth and depth of content; language demands too are elevated and candidates need to express their arguments with clarity and some sophistication.

The GP Essay Prep is a 6-lesson bridging programme that introduces students to the requirements of a solid GP essay. Students will learn to:
* properly analyse the question,
* derive relevant content and generate arguments that meet the question requirements,
* organise and structure their essays, and
* present their ideas clearly and cohesively through proper use of language

Students will write and edit essays, so they learn not only to craft sound arguments, but also how to refine and elevate their essays. Ms Chew will, of course, be providing prompt and personalised feedback to each piece of writing.
