Hi Friend,
The Alamo Women’s Club Community Outreach Program, “Together We Give,” is holding its second donation drive of the fall season.
Now it is more important than ever to help our community—the wildfires are decimating lives on top of the existing COVID-19 crisis. The Monument Crisis Center, helping all in need, is holding Emergency Food Distributions during these difficult times. And you can help.
Their curbside drive will take place on October 21st from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the Alamo Women’s Club Clubhouse parking lot at 1401 Danville Blvd. in Alamo.
Monument Crisis Center gratefully accepts any consumer-sized, non-perishable food items within the expiration dates. Each one of its clients receives an incredible, 7- to 9-day supply of needed food and other essentials. Please see below for a variety of donation suggestions.
Monetary donations will also be accepted payable to AWC with memo line on check to "Monument Crisis Center". And please share this notice with family, friends and neighbors. Then be sure to JOIN US in donating to this very worthy cause.
