New studies report that COVID-19 is inspiring future renovations, with "many homeowners considering major home remodeling and design projects now that they've spent more time at home." We are certainly seeing this trend ourselves, with particular interest in kitchens, home office space, bathrooms, room additions, and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).

| | | | Bathed in Elegance: A Master Bathroom and Creatively Designed Laundry Closet
This Danville homeowner lacked space and convenience in her master bathroom. Key pain points included a wall that separated the toilet from the shower and made the room feel smaller, a sunken shower pan that made it difficult and unsafe to get in and out of, and a vanity with limited storage capacity. Beyond feeling cramped and dated, the master bathroom also had a dangerous step leading up to it from the bedroom. In addition, this homeowner wanted to relocate her washer and dryer from the garage to the master bedroom. See the creative design solution that brought joy to this client. |
