This thoughtfully crafted unit maximizes a constrained space to deliver an expansive open floor plan, providing ample room for comfortable living. Notably, the design anticipates accessibility needs, making it ideal for family members who may transition to using a wheelchair.

A standout feature is the new deck that seamlessly connects the ADU to the main house’s existing deck, ensuring easy movement between residences. Additionally, we’ve installed hands-free door openers on the patio doors of both units for enhanced accessibility.
