| | And here's the bit that's far worse than Watergate. Nixon was accused of having the Democratic headquarters broken into so he could get hold of some files which he thought might help him get re-elected.
But here we have the opposite. The Democrats using different methods to break into the White House itself, either by direct hacking, or by way of using a mole who treasonously exploited whatever top secret clearance he had to pass on data to Clinton's truly illegal and treasonous endeavor.
This may not be part of Durham's current filing, but we know without a doubt that with China's help they also faked the 2020 election to get Biden sworn in as China's favored president.
Whatever Nixon did, it really does pale in comparison to what has been done over the past five years to President Trump
So let's get to the definitions of those words, treason, misprision of treason, and sedition. And then we'll look at the laws which spell out exactly what those offenses entail, and the punishment that will be meted out to those who are found guilty.
Italics have been added for emphasis.
Treason, from the American Heritage Dictionary is:-
"The betrayal of allegiance toward one's own country, especially by committing hostile acts against it or aiding its enemies in committing such acts.
"The betrayal of someone's trust or confidence."
And from the Merriam Webster Dictionary:- "the crime of trying to overthrow your country's government or of helping your country's enemies during war." | | Now if you don't believe the United States is at war with China, you have not understood that there is such a thing as a silent war...in this case a war without the military being openly involved, but a silent war of subterfuge, infiltration, lies and sedition by treacherous allies of the enemy who over decades have become ensconced within America's government, its agencies, and in the media.
Merriam Webster asks: "Must a country be at war (and that would mean in the traditional sense) for someone to commit treason against it? What is the difference between treason and sedition?
"TREASON is the highest crime of a civil nature of which a man can be guilty. In general, it is the offense of attempting to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance, or of betraying the state into the hands of a foreign power."
Personally, that brings to mind the fact that Barry Hussein Soetero Obama gave Iran, an avowed enemy of America, literally billions of dollars in cash. Was that treason?
And his then vice president Joe Biden used his blackmailed crackhead son Hunter Biden to launder millions of dollars out of another enemy...China.... Is that treason?
While Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton...and Obama...signed off on a deal that gave Russia control of America's Uranium production. Doesn't that meet the definition of treason? | | | The Main Enemy Is....
But, and you heard it here first, above and beyond those three enemies, Iran, China and Russia, there is yet another one - one which is NOT a country as such, but which controls many countries, and has plotted for many many years to control them ALL.
It just so happens that the only thing that has been standing in their way, has been President Trump. I am talking of the elite, the central bankers and their overlords, that shadowy group of organizations like the Council on Foreign Relations, or the Freemasons and the Illuminati, including those individuals whose goal and agenda has been to finally take full control of the United States, and impose their New World Order.
| | THAT is the hydra-headed global monster collectively known as the Deep State, which President Trump and an anonymous collective of American patriots have vowed to take down.
Of course, it cannot be done by conventional warfare, which is why there is a silent war under way, a guerrilla war in effect, with the domestic enemy being picked off one by one and little by little over a long period of time.
Winning what General Flynn has called an "asymmetric war" is by nature a slow process. | | In this case, Durham appears to be using the law to take out what we can rightly call domestic enemies who have colluded and conspired among themselves to weaken America and help those foreign enemies.
Those are the people who are guilty of treason.
Yet sometimes traitors need accomplices, which brings us to the definition of Misprision of Treason.
This one fits the mainstream media like a glove. | | If your only news for the past five years has been from the mainstream media, then you won't believe this....but it is that very media which has been committing what the law calls misprision of treason.
The definition of misprision of treason in law is: "Criminal neglect in respect to the crime of another: used especially in connection with felonies and treason, to indicate a passive complicity, as by concealment, which falls short of the guilt of a principal or accessory."
Thus, while the likes of Clinton and her criminal cohorts were committing sedition and treason, the media has for years been concealing that fact and is therefore guilty, at the very least, of what the law calls passive complicity, through its unquestioning support of Clinton, and its constant efforts to remove President Trump from office. | | Now we come to Sedition. To start with, we can think about the way the Democrats like Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer used and praised the likes of BLM and Antifa during the looting and burning and killing rampages they went on during Trump's presidency.
The American Heritage dictionary again:- "Sedition is Conduct or language inciting rebellion against the authority of a state (or) incitement of discontent against government as by inflammatory speeches or writings, or acts or language tending to breach of public order."
| | | Moving on from definitions, there was a time when those found guilty of treason faced the death penalty, and that provision still exists in American law.
So what does the law say about treason and sedition, and the penalties that can be meted out?
The following information comes from the Cornell Law School website, italics added for emphasis.
Under 18 US Code Section 2381, dealing with Treason:- "Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."
This next one it seems to me, applies directly to America's corrupt and lying propaganda media, including every front person who has been knowingly complicit in lying about President Trump. I'm thinking of Rachel Maddox, Anderson Cooper, Don Lemon, Chris Cuomo, Jake Tapper, George Stephanopoulus, Wolf Blitzer and many more on many talk shows. | | It's called Misprision of Treason under 18 US Code Section 2382:-
"Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both." | | Penalties for advocating the overthrow of the government comes under Section 2385. Again, we can think about Antifa and BLM, and Kamala Harris encouraging their violence while raising money to bail them out if they got arrested.
It says in part that:-
"Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both...." | | To recap briefly:-
Treason is "the offense of attempting to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance, or of betraying the state into the hands of a foreign power. It is the highest crime of a civil nature of which a man can be guilty."
And it can result in the death penalty.
Misprision of Treason is "knowing that treason has been committed, but concealing that knowledge."
In other words, being complicit in what the traitors are doing by remaining silent about what they are up to. And that's today's mainstream media to a T.
Sedition is the use of language, inflammatory speeches, or writings, that incite rebellion and insurrection. | | | Here's something else that comes to mind as well.
It seems to me that it's quite legitimate to engage in heated rhetoric and even inflammatory speeches when you have two parties vying for control of the House and the presidency.
Such behavior, though often unseemly, is pretty much standard practice at election time.
But if members of those parties, be they Republican or Democrat, plan to use their position or their votes to help the New World Order eventually take control of the United States, then those individuals, no matter what party they belong to, are most certainly guilty of treason and sedition.
In other words, there are a LOT of crooked politicians on both sides of the House, and many more Deep State moles in the mainstream media.
Therefore, in my opinion, we really do need to study and memorize these definitions and their penalties, because whenever arrests and trials do start happening, a lot of people are going to have a lot of questions, and it just might be up to us to give them some accurate answers.
As always, please feel free to pass this on.
