COMMUNITY QUESTION TIME PRESENTS:

THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE MILLION MAN MARCH - THE IMPACT ON EUROPE

  • On the 16th October 1995 in Washington D.C Black men from all over America, in fact, the world, travelled and gathered heeding the call of one man for a million men to arise, unite and take responsibility for their communities. That man was The Honourable Minister Louis Farrakhan. He had called for a million and nearly 2 million responded and came.
  • It is still the biggest, most peaceful and socially impacting march or gathering ever successfully called by a Black leader. Its effect was felt throughout the world.
  • Get online, watch, learn and participate in this Black History Month special of Community Question Time of a truly historical event. Engage with historians, activists, edutainers and social commentators from all over Europe that will show how the Million Man March had international influence and the legacy that still lives on today.
This will be an international online Zoom event.
