I don’t know who needs to hear this, but: your path doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.
One of the most beautiful things about entrepreneurship is the freedom to define success on your own terms. For some, that means building a full-time business. For others, it’s having the flexibility to take a travel contract, write a book, or spend more time with family.
There’s no one “right” way to do this.
When I connect with nurses inside our community, I’m constantly reminded of how diverse and powerful our visions are—and how much we can learn from each other when we stop comparing and start supporting.
