Only people signed in as registered at the registration booth are permitted in conference rooms, and badges must be visible to enter the conference rooms.
Dress? Dress is Business Casual. You’ll be listening and taking notes and we want you to be comfortable but remember that you will be networking and taking pictures with incredible nurses. We have a photographer that will also be taking pictures.
We suggest layers because the AC may be chilly to some and not cold enough for others. Also be sure to wear comfortable shoes because there is always a lot of walking.
Receiving CEs? Instructions for receiving CEs are being placed in your conference bag. Make sure that you have signed in legibly for the conference and any preconference that you are attending.
Start times Friday, Saturday & Sunday?Preconference workshops begin Friday at 8:00am and 1:00pm. The FREE orientation session for first timers begins at 4:00pm. The Meet & Greet Reception is included for registered attendees only. This begins at 5:00pm in the Twilight Room across from the registration desk. Saturday’s Main Conference begins at 8:15am. Sunday’s Main Conference begins at 8:30am. Breakout Selections?Make sure you filled out your conference breakout sessions selection form: If you haven’t I am including it here:
https://nnbanow.com/concurrent-breakout-sessions-selection/Transportation? Transportation from McCarran Airport can be arranged via hotel shuttles by
Bell Tran which are inexpensive. Just go outside after you get your luggage, and there will be a booth to pay for the shuttle. They will tell you where to go from there. You can pay for your return trip at that time and they will give you the number to call the day before you leave to set up your time for pick-up. If there are a few of you, it would be cheaper to get a
Taxi ($23.00ish).There is also
Uber and Lyft ($10.00-15.00).
Dinning? There are a multitude of dining options inside the hotel from quick bites, like Café Cappuccino to high end, Center Cut Steakhouse. Right out the side doors to the
LINQ Promenade are two of my favorites Virgil’s Real BBQ and Sprinkles Cupcakes! Over 40 different eateries to choose from. Don’t forget the High Roller, more an observation wheel than a Ferris wheel that is the tallest in the world! Remember that
Saturday and Sunday your Networking Luncheons are included in your Conference Registration. You are on your own for breakfast and dinner. Coffee, tea and water stations will be available.
