Greetings

I'm excited to be joining you for our Master Class. As with all of our work in NLP, it will be a further exploration of who we are and what we are able to be and do as a result of our NLP experience.

As you have seen, we put up four videos on the website. Three are instructional and one is a demonstration (also instructional from an experiential point of view). The content of these videos offers an excellent framework for our work together. In preparation for that time together, I'd ask you to do the following in this sequence. We will use your preparation here as reference material during the Master Class...

1. Access your own experience of transformation.

   a. Identify a memory that represents a defining moment in your life where...

1. ...your sense of self, your identity changed forever, and

2. ...you continue in agreement with yourself that this is who you are

3. ...and then, specify three specific examples which are evidence for you that this is who you are

4. Some examples: Becoming a parent, special achievement, recognition from another, life experience

2. Access a time when you catalyzed an identity shift in another (potentially more challenging, but totally possible)

a. As above, identify a memory that represents a time in your life where...

1. You were present and in some way became a causal factor in the identity shift of another

2. Use this reference experience to search for other examples where you catalyzed identity shifts

3. Some examples: Your work as an NLPer, intentional or unintentional impact on another

Review the four videos (once again if you have already seen them once)

1. Having found the above examples and reviewed them in your mind

2. Review the four videos and allow yourself to absorb as much as possible

3. Make notes, reflections, and/or questions that you can bring to the Master Class

The Master Class will be a combination of theory and practice with the opportunity for you to process the structure of transformation in your own life personally as well as professionally.
