Finding the right theme for you blog can be a bit of a pain, and then when you do find one you like you know it's probably going to take hours of work after you install it to get your blog looking half way decent again, as you learn the themes features and tweak it to how you like...
I've been putting of changing themes on a coupl of my blogs for exactly that reason, until today...
