If the problem they have is embarressing or they are desperate then they are highly motivated to buy a solution that will "cure their itch"...
These kind of keywords, and the niches they represent, can be the easiest way to target real buyers.
We're talking about niches where everyday people are searching for solutions to their problems on Google and desperately click on whatever presents them with that “quick fix”.
This is traffic that is truly 'evergreen' and not going away any time soon.
It's also 'buyer' traffic, people who are more than ready to part with their money to get the solution to their problem.
