Subject: You’re invited to volunteer for NGLA!

Message from the Executive Director

As we plan for another year, our eyes are set on a number of new and exciting goals. As a partner to numerous institutions of higher education across our region, country, and Canada, the education we provide to our communities wouldn’t be possible without the hard work, dedication, and passion from NGLA volunteers. As the world around us continues to evolve, so does our approach to meeting the needs of our communities across the Northeast and beyond.

Today, we open our Call for Volunteers for the 2023 NGLA Annual Conference and NGLA Board of Directors! We are seeking submissions from individuals who have a passion for creating transformational educational experiences and the ability to think innovatively. Volunteering with NGLA is an extraordinary opportunity to give back while expanding your professional portfolio. The roles we offer range in time, experience, and discipline; wherever your passion lies, I’m certain that NGLA has a role for you on our team!

Know someone who would be a good fit? We encourage you to share this application with anyone who could be a great addition to the NGLA Volunteer Team. Please direct questions to volunteer@ngla.org or apply by
Monday, May 2.

I hope you’ll consider joining NGLA’s Volunteer Team. Here’s to our future!
Michael Davis
