New this year, NGLA created a portal for your campus/organization to help your staff view invoices and conference registrants. Did you receive an email about being a Key Contact?
- If yes and you followed these short setup steps, then you’re ready to register!
- If this is unfamiliar and you are the person primarily responsible for your organization’s fraternity and sorority life then please email registration@ngla.org to get setup as a Key Contact. You cannot register a delegation unless you are a Key Contact.

Each year, the NGLA Annual Conference is run with the support of a team of student volunteers. These volunteers include both undergraduate and graduate students. This experience is a great opportunity to learn about conference management, meet fellow fraternity & sorority members from across the northeast, and network with higher education and fraternal professionals. The Student Staff assists in conference preparation, registration, organization of meals and activities, and maintaining conference policies and procedures. Student Staff will also have the opportunity to engage with a NGLA board of directors member in a mentoring capacity before, during, and after the conference.
Please direct questions to NGLA Student Staff Chair Michael Davis.
