Dear NGLA community,
NGLA is making strides toward its mission of educating fraternal leaders from a variety of experiences to impact communities in the Northeast, and across North America. Our vast network of students, professionals, partners, and volunteers have aligned actions with values, solidifying NGLA as a demonstrated leader in fraternal education for the past 22 years. As our world continues to evolve, however, so must our organization.
NGLA's Board of Directors is beginning the search process for our first, paid Executive Director. Although NGLA has been a trusted resource within our industry due to the dedication of our volunteers executing the organization's mission, we look forward to this new personnel model and what it will unlock for our programs and people.
