The mission of NGLA is to educate leaders from a variety of fraternal experiences to transform and empower their community and align actions with values.
Each member of the Board plays an integral role in furthering this mission. Our continued success depends on the personal commitment and dedication of a select group of individuals, who understand the privileges and obligations of leadership. The Association is currently accepting applications for board vacancies. Qualified applicants are those with association and/or organizational leadership experience who are committed to the fraternal movement. Although applicants from non-campus based positions are welcome, we have a preference for campus-based applicants at this time. Click here for additional information regarding qualifications, expectations, and how to apply.
Applicants must complete this form and submit a current resume to exec@ngla.org by April 17, 2017. Questions can be directed to Emily Perlow, executive director, at exec@ngla.org.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the 2017 Silent Auction a success. We had over 70 different donation items and raised over $2,200. Some of the most exciting items were a limited edition Phi Mu Delta Centennial Badge, an AFLV LeaderShape registration, a free composite, and various items from many of the different organizations represented at the conference.

Hofstra University Snow Angels For the last two years, the New York Kappa Chapter of Phi Delta Theta has led Hofstra University's Snow Angels program with the Office of Off Campus Living and Commuter Student Services. The men of Phi Delta Theta, with help from members of Phi Kappa Theta, Sigma Alpha Mu, and Delta Chi, have volunteered their time, and their snow days, to shoveling the driveways and sidewalks of Hofstra's neighbors, many of whom are not able do so themselves.
