NGLA offers an educational experience that provides our fraternal leaders with inspiration, hope, and vision to navigate our world. Join us in Baltimore, MD from February 20 - 23, 2025 for a weekend full of learning and networking at the NGLA Annual Conference!

Purchase registrations now through February 12 with an option to share attendee information (contact, dietary, accessibility information, etc.) after purchasing your registration. On-site Registration is not available.

In addition to a value-packed rate, NGLA will continue the Quantity Discount - for every ten students that register, a campus professional will receive one complimentary registration.

Reserve Your Hotel Room by Jan. 30
The NGLA hotel room block at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront is open through January 30, 2025. Double Bed Rooms are available for $195+ per night. Reservation system only allows you to book one rook at a time.
Apply for Student Staff Team and Student Staff Captain by Nov. 4
The NGLA Student Staff Team, both undergraduates and graduates, volunteer on-site during the NGLA Annual Conference. Lodging, food, and conference registration will be provided by NGLA. Training in January and February is remote and therefore requires access to a stable internet connection and telephone. Expenses related to travel and remote work are not reimbursed.

The application {PLUS} two references are due by Monday, November 4 @ 11:59pm ET. Zoom interviews will be conducted November 13 - 15. Decisions will be sent by November 20 with response requested by November 27.

Share Your 2024 Achievements by Jan. 15
During the 2024 NGLA Annual Conference, the Northeast Greek Leadership Association will recognize chapters, councils, communities, and individuals for their outstanding accomplishments in 2023. These organizations and individuals, through their programs, initiatives, and commitment to the fraternal movement, help to advance the mission of NGLA.


2025 NGLA Awards for Individuals include:
  • Bonnie Wunsch Volunteer Service Award (for NGLA volunteers)
  • Greek Leader of Distinction Award
  • Guenzler Award (for volunteers or professional staff members of fraternity/sorority organizations)
  • Hank Nuwer Award for Hazing Prevention
  • Josette Kaufman Health and Wellness Award
  • Philippi Award (for campus professionals)

2025 NGLA Amy Vojta Impact Awards include:
  • Academic Achievement
  • Civic Engagement
  • Leadership and Development
  • Membership Recruitment and Intake
  • Multicultural Initiatives and Programming
  • Public Relations
  • Risk Reduction

Applications are due by Wednesday, January 15, 2025 @ 11:59pm ET.

Apply for 2024 NGLA Scholarships by Jan. 15!

NGLA raises money through the NGLA Fund as well as our Silent Auction to support several scholarships to attend the NGLA Annual Conference. Applicants are evaluated based upon their involvement with the fraternity/sorority and greater campus community, their goals in attending the conference, and their plans to apply what they learn.

Registration scholarships are available for individuals as well as communities

Early action deadline is Monday, November 4, 2024 @ 11:59pm ET. Applications received by this date will be reviewed first.

Application deadline is Wednesday, January 15, 2025 @ 11:59pm ET. Applications received on or after December 5, 2023 will be reviewed on a rolling basis depending upon remaining funds.
