Our award winning curriculum (AFA Excellence in Educational Programming) was developed by RISE Partnerships with the goal of providing you with the necessary skills to take your advising to the next level. We are extremely grateful for the sponsorship support of Zeta Tau Alpha and Phi Mu Delta which enables us to provide this training at minimal cost to participants.

FOOD Light continental breakfast and lunch are included in your registration. Breakfast will be available at 9:00AM Lunch is the affiliation lunch hosted by NGLA beginning 12:45PM in Connecticut Convention Center (attached to the hotel) Ballroom B/C. Tables will be organized by fraternity/sorority affiliation. Participants can consult the Guidebook app for a seating chart. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to meet your sisters or brothers.
PARKING On site parking is offered at the Hartford Marriott Downtown. Valet parking is located behind the hotel at the back entrance.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS- Attire for the Academy is business casual.
- If you have paid to attend the closing banquet we will confirm this at check in for the Academy. Attire for the closing banquet is business/dressy.
- There will be two (2) concurrent Academy sessions running and you will be assigned to one of them. This will allow for increased interaction among participants and with the facilitator. All curriculum and content are the same.
