Enroll in the Order of Omega Case Study Competition
The Order of Omega Case Study provides undergraduates, graduate students, and professionals with an opportunity to challenge themselves in confronting issues facing fraternities and sororities on college campuses. Teams of two are welcome to participate with one professional staff member paired with an undergraduate student.

The orientation is on Friday, February 23 from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM and the competition is on Saturday, February 24 from 2:15pm - 5:30pm.

Register for Advisor Academy
Sponsored by Phi Mu Delta

The 2018 NGLA Advisor Academy will be 9:00am-4:00pm on Saturday, February 24th at the Wyndham Grand Downtown in Pittsburgh, PA.

NGLA’s award-winning Advisor Academy brings together volunteer, alumni, and faculty advisors and advisory boards from around the region to share best practices and hear from industry leaders on issues affecting higher education and the interfraternal community.

All sessions are facilitated by RISE Partnerships. This year’s registration fee remains $50 and includes the affiliation lunch.

To learn more and register, visit the Advisor Academy website.

Donate to the Silent Auction
It’s not too late to donate an item to NGLA's Annual Silent Auction!

Items may be brought to the conference registration table upon your arrival. Items may be shipped if delivered no later than February 21 to Rebecca (shipping details in the donation form).

No item is too big or too small, and all proceeds go toward giving students the opportunity to participate in our strong and vibrant leadership opportunities!

Please email Special Programs Chair Maria Haber with any questions.

Regional Leadership Survey
Do your students actively participate in summer/winter fraternity/sorority leadership programs like UIFI? Would they be more likely to attend if we hosted one in the Northeast?

NGLA is interested in collecting your thoughts on a regional leadership event. NGLA would be so grateful if you took a few moments to complete our quick survey. Thank you in advance!
Thank You, Sponsors!
One of the most important things you can do to ensure the success of the NGLA Annual Conference is to visit the exhibiting sponsors who are on site.

These companies spend thousands of dollars in support of the conference, and those dollars help keep the costs low for you – the student attendees! It's critical that you take time during the conference to visit their tables, thank their representatives for their support, and see if their service could be useful to any of the individuals or organizations back on your campus. Some offer conference discounts and cool giveaways at their exhibit booths. Some even offer internships or jobs to attendees they meet at the conference!

Advisors – please take the time to discuss the importance of visiting exhibitors with your student delegations as you prepare to travel to Pittsburgh.

Registration Team
This year we had a record number of NGLA attendees register by our early registration deadline! Our registration team lead by Michele Kaplan, and supported by Avery Moses and Michael Davis, have done a wonderful job in their first year on the team supporting the registration processes and providing troubleshooting and assistance throughout the registration process. Be sure to meet the team in person at the Registration desk in Pittsburgh!
We Have How Many Programs This Week!? Programming Smarter, Not Harder
One of your top student leaders comes in for a one to one meeting, sits down, and bursts into tears. Their chapter isn’t showing up at the events and programs that they are working so hard to put on and there are so many events that their headquarters staff, University staff, and their Council require them to put on.

Sound familiar? Here are some easy to implement strategies and tips for student leaders in this situation.
NGLA educates leaders from a variety of fraternal experiences to transform and empower their community and align actions with values.
