Regional Leadership Survey
Do your students actively participate in summer/winter fraternity/sorority leadership programs like UIFI? Would they be more likely to attend if we hosted one in the Northeast?

NGLA is interested in collecting your thoughts on a regional leadership event. NGLA would be so grateful if you took a few moments to complete our quick survey. Thank you in advance!
Donate to the Silent Auction
It’s not too late to donate an item to NGLA's Annual Silent Auction! No item is too big or too small, and all proceeds go toward giving students the opportunity to participate in our strong and vibrant leadership opportunities.

Shipping directions are in the donation form. Items must arrive no later than February 21st to Rebecca. Please do not ship items to the Wyndham Grand Hotel. Items also may be brought to the conference and left at registration upon your arrival.

Please email Special Programs Chair Maria Haber with any questions.

Volunteer of the Month
Joe Gurreri has been integral in working to include the mentoring program with the NGLA Board of Directors for this upcoming year. This involves connecting with an NGLA BOD Member as a mentor throughout the NGLA Annual Conference. The mentor program was created to provide a professional connection to our students working on conference staff and to provide a reflection opportunity to get the most out of the NGLA Annual Conference experience both as support staff member and attendee. Joe is also working to select the twelve student staff members who will play an integral role in the success of this year's conference. Thanks to Joe for his innovation and dedication to NGLA!
Money Management for Greeks: Chapter and Council Finances
Why isn’t our Chapter on budget? How do we get members to pay their dues? When certain members don’t pay their dues, why don’t the paying members care more? How do I handle the delicate balance of brotherhood/sisterhood and money?

As Peter Bielagus travels the country working with greek organizations, he hears questions like these all the time. The problems vary, but there is one consistent flaw that runs through every greek organization struggling with their finances. This flaw is the root cause of their difficulties.
NGLA educates leaders from a variety of fraternal experiences to transform and empower their community and align actions with values.
