2021 NGLA Virtual Conference Update
 
For the first time in our 20-year history, we won’t be able to meet in person. Instead, NGLA is bringing our programming to you with the 2021 NGLA Virtual Conference!
 
During a time of uncertainty, we offer an educational experience that our community can enjoy without worrying about their personal safety. Whether you’ve been attending for years or haven’t been in a while, we hope that you’ll join our first NGLA Virtual Conference and enjoy four days of robust, virtual programming.
 
Schedule
 
Over four days, participants can
choose from 100+ hours of programming.
 
Thursday, February 25, 6:00pm - 8:30pm EST
  • Welcome
  • Networking Night. This evening will focus on networking with other participants, including affinity spaces.
Friday, February 26, 12:00pm - 6:30pm EST Saturday, February 27, 12:00pm - 6:30pm EST Sunday, February 28, 12:00pm - 5:00pm EST
 
Evening Programming will be offered Thursday - Saturday starting at 8:30pm EST.
 
A Virtual Exhibit Hall will be open throughout the conference with partners offering a variety of services from speaking to entertainment.
Registration
 
We are committed to broadening the accessibility to education and development for our community, especially during a time of financial hardship for many. Our mission is to educate leaders from a variety of fraternal experiences to transform and empower their community and align actions with values. We are proud to offer the 2021 NGLA Virtual Conference for $99 per person!
 
Early Bird Registration of $99 per person is available from September 1, 2020 through February 1, 2021. The first 500 registrants will receive a free NGLA Virtual Conference t-shirt from Clothowear!
 
In addition to a value-packed rate, NGLA will continue the Quantity Discount - For every ten students that register, one complimentary registration will be provided to a professional from the campus.
 
During Early Bird Registration, NGLA will offer a Conference Registration Value Package - Register up to 50 participants of any role (undergraduate or graduate student, campus-based professional, professional headquarters staff / volunteer, fraternity / sorority volunteer) for $4,000! This represents a cost of $80 per participant and a savings of $1,000. With the purchase of a Conference Registration Value Package, receive a coupon from Clothowear for $100 off an order of $1,000 or more.
Call for Programs
 
NGLA is looking for dynamic presentations for our Lectorials on R.A.C.E. and Critical Conversations Series as well as undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs that will enhance the educational experience of the 2021 NGLA Virtual Conference.
 
* New * NGLA has created a program titled, Lectorials on R.A.C.E., supported by Order of Omega. This new program will focus on Racism, Anti-Blackness, Colorism, and Equity. A lectorial large-scale educational program underpinned by active student-centered learning, utilizing inquiry-based and adult learning as methodologies of teaching and learning, and involving collaborative and interactive activities in place of traditional didactic lectures and tutorials.
 
Program submissions must support the NGLA Mission and Vision. Applications are due Monday, September 21, 2020.
