Options For You This Fall.....
Fall of senior year in high school is a busy time for parents and students. Depending on where your family is in the college admissions process we've put together a list of workshops to help you get through the maze.
College Admissions & Funding CoLAB: Starts Tuesday 9/18. Our CoLAB is for families who want more personal attention to help with college selection, financial aid forms, college essays, financial aid reviews and appeals, final college selection, and loan guidance.
This is our 2nd CoLAB, starting 9/18. It will go through everything the original CoLAB did but in a more condensed timeframe. The CoLAB is lead by two private college counselors Joanna LaSpina and Michele Larson. Check out their recent Facebook Live.
To see if the CoLAB is right for you, schedule a FREE consultation with Michele Larson this week to discuss your family's situation.

College Essay Workshop: Sunday, 9/16 at 8:30pm EST. We offered this workshop a few weeks ago and it sold out, so we're doing it again. Brad Schiller of Prompt will lead this session to help students figure out what is compelling about themselves, how to select content, and how to structure their essays.
At the end of the workshop students will walk away with a plan for what to write in their personal statement. In addition, attendees will get a discount for additional hours of essay review.
This workshop is for both students and parents, so parents have a better understanding of how your student should approach writing their essays.

CSS PROFILE WORKSHOP: SUNDAY, 9/23 at 8:30pm EST. Whether we like it or not, the financial aid season is upon us. So to help ease the pain, we're offering a workshop on filling out the CSS Profile. We decided to schedule the CSS Profile workshop before the FAFSA workshop because of the importance of making sure the two forms have the same information. And let's face it, the CSS Profile is just more complicated to fill out.
This workshop will be lead by Christen O'Connor, Associate Director of Financial Aid at Dartmouth College.

This workshop will be lead by Luanne Lee, a certified College Financial Planning Specialist with over 13 years of college planning experience in the financial services industry.
