COLLEGES OFFER MERIT TO 95%+ OF FRESHMEN WITHOUT NEED
In our effort to share more data about generous colleges, we've created a list of colleges that award merit scholarships to 95% or more of their freshmen who have no financial need (at least as determined by the college).

The data is based on information from a combination of IPEDs and Common Data Set data. You can sort the columns - so have fun fooling around. Sort by state, graduation rates, average merit award, and total cost. The data may not be perfect, because it's self-reported by colleges, so use the information as a guide, not as gospel.
