Shall I Compare Thee to an SAT?
Which came first, the chicken or the egg, the SAT or the PSAT?

Everyone thinks the PSAT is just a “practice” SAT. After all, isn’t that what the “P” stands for? And they wouldn’t be wrong, however, the PSAT does have some of its own characteristics and distinctions. (And there’s some potential $$ for college involved.)

PSAT vs SAT: What’s the Difference describes both exams and explains why every student needs to understand the importance of each one.
Not So Private Information
While going through the college admissions process, parents and students do a lot of comparing...classes, tests (yes, like the PSAT and SAT...and ACT), funding options, and most often, schools.

We always recommend a student consider their state school--just because of the price. But, when families say they will not consider private schools for that very same reason, we recommend they step back and do a bit more research.

Private schools are not as cost prohibitive as you may think. Are Private Colleges Worth It? may change your mind about these schools and potentially offer up a lot more possibilities to add to your student’s college list.
What’s Up Ahead on The Road…
ATTENTION PARENTS OF HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS - things just got better!!

Brad Schiller, of Prompt just let us know they are offering another special discount, IN ADDITION to the special offer we're already running.

This is a push (or gentle nudge!) to help families help their students start essays NOW, finish them, and move on to other stuff. (Because we KNOW there’s lots of “other stuff” that needs to get done.)

This Sunday (9/15 at 8pm EST), we are offering a workshop, lead by Prompt, to guide your student in selecting their topic and creating a 1st draft. Sample essays will be reviewed. The workshop is $50, which also includes one essay review (workshop + essay review for $50 - not bad!!)

The workshop is limited to 35 students, so reserve your student's spot now.

In addition, if you purchase a package of 3 credit reviews and use the code R2CEARLY, you'll get $25 off the package. But you need to use this by 9/16.

We all know the satisfaction one can reap from being able to check something off a “to-do” list. Here’s your opportunity!

Prompt REALLY wants to make sure students start (and finish) their essays NOW!

DON'T MISS THESE GREAT OFFERS from a reputable company offering quality services.
