Our physical health is in the forefront these days, and rightfully so, but we must remember that with all the changes and disruption, our kids’ mental health requires some attention as well.
How do we, as parents, support them through this difficult time? How do we recognize if our kids need professional support? What services will be available on campuses when students return to school?
