| Quick note to clear up more questions I'm getting:
- The times listed are EST. I've gotten a lot of requests to do our sessions a little later, so after tomorrow's session (which will stay at 7pm ET), we'll do most other sessions at 8:30pm EST.
- The majority of coaching and office hours are on Sunday evenings. Once in a while we have to shift days to during the week, but we'll give you advanced notice.
- I can't control the days when guests come, but we'll have one day a month for a "social" get together (most likely a Wednesday) and another monthly session for a general discussion on a topic (we can vote as a group which weekday is most popular for that.)
- Members joining now WILL HAVE ACCESS to past webinars.
- Parents and students can attend any and all sessions, it's up to how your family wants to manage the process.
- ALL sessions are recorded and are accessible the next day to watch at your convenience.
- What type of questions can I ask in my personal emails? If the question is something you think we can answer in 10 minutes or less than ask away. We can't create your student's college list this way, but we can answer questions like - Does my student need to take a 4th year of a language? Do you think my student should retake the SAT or ACT? Do you think there's a good chance my student will be offered merit scholarships at college XYZ? Should we consider college ABC a target or safety school? My student's ACT score is X, should my student apply with or without sending test scores to College Y?
I hope these answer questions you may have had. If not, feel free to email me.
I can't wait for our Meet & Greet tomorrow!!!

| | | | | FAQs In the past week, I received questions about the Concierge Service I thought others might want to know the answers to:
Do we get access to coaching sessions from previous months? Yes. Once you join, you will have access to all the recordings from the beginning of this session, which started in October 2020. You'll also get access to our 3-part series with Jeff Selingo, the author of Who Gets In and Why.
Can my family get more help if we need it?
What if I already subscribe to College Insights? Since College Insights is included in our Concierge Service, you'll continue to have access to College Insights but you will no longer be charged for it.
What options are available to help with essay guidance? Road2College has partnered with Prompt to offer essay guidance. There will be two options to get your student's common app essay done: a week long workshop that includes two personal essay reviews OR a 1-1 package working directly with an essay coach to brainstorm, create an essay outline and receive personal essay reviews.
Do I need to have a Facebook account to participate? No! As of June, we'll be moving the Concierge community from Facebook to a new platform where it's easier to connect with other Concierge families, find information/worksheets we share and get answers to your questions. We're really excited about this!
What makes Concierge Service different than other college counseling programs? Our philosophy is to empower and guide families on what they need to do to financially and academically navigate the admissions process. We believe parents know their student best and with the proper guidance/tools/support they can manage the process, have very good outcomes and all at a very affordable price.
