The Truth Is:
It’s not just your student’s academic achievements that matter, it’s also your family’s ability to pay.

Who Gets In and Why goes inside the college admissions process, drawing on observations from a year spent reading applications, sitting in committee meetings where up and down votes on applicants were taken, and trailing students, testing agencies, marketers, and rankers.

The result is a unique narrative that yields practical advice and helpful strategies for navigating the process.
