Sharing College Admission Tips Can Be Contagious
Now that you are well aware of how to stay out of the way of the Coronavirus, it’s time to focus a little more on college admissions.

We’ve rounded up some tips from parents in our Paying for College 101 Facebook group, and while sharing is not recommended these days, THIS type of sharing is. These admission tips might surprise you, but who doesn’t love a good surprise? Click here to read the article.
College... Is it Worth It?
That’s something we know a lot of parents, who shudder at the cost of college these days, think about.

An updated study conducted by the New York Federal Reserve, compared the ROI (rate of return) on college in relation to its cost. According to the analysis, the average return on college has decreased slightly. However, a bachelor’s degree still offers about a 14% return on investment — which still qualifies it as a solid financial investment.

Read more about it here in an article we wrote for CollegeAve Student Loans.
What We're Reading on the Road...
While we’re speaking of College Admissions, here’s a book that has been recommended in our Facebook group: The Truth about College Admission: A Family Guide to Getting In and Staying Together. It’s written by a high school guidance counselor and a college admissions director, so how can you go wrong?
What’s Up Ahead On the Road...
If you didn't quite get what you anticipated in financial aid, and you’re wondering how to successfully ask for more $$, you won’t want to miss our upcoming Facebook Live on Sunday, March 15!

Brenda Piazza of CollegeAssistance Plus will be discussing college offers and appeals, and how to craft a financial aid appeal.
