It’s an understatement to say that no one likes to be rejected. As adults, that sting might be more easily handled than it is when you’re a 17 or 18 year-old kid.

As stressful as the college waiting game can be for students, worrying about being able to pay for college is what weighs heavily on parents’ minds.

In a recently-conducted survey sponsored by College Ave Student Loans, we discovered that a majority of parents said they know how much they can afford for college, and most of those parents – nearly 65% – anticipate having to take out student loans in order for their high school senior to afford college.
