Any sailor worth his salt will tell you that when the wind changes, you adjust your sails.

Come this fall, many of the rising high school seniors and rising college freshmen will have to do just that, as lots of changes and challenges are on the horizon. What they might encounter with regards to college will not necessarily be part of the journey they planned.

Honestly, we don't know, but If you thought the answer to that question was that one is extinct and the other one will soon be so, you're wrong...according to the author of this opinion piece, that is.

Here he pulls no punches while telling us why he believes standardized tests are too valuable to too many big names in higher ed to be counted out...just yet.

COLLEGE is what's up ahead for so many kids, and we've got some more recommendations of items no one should be without from our Paying For College 101 Facebook group .

Guys don't generally like lugging shower totes to the dorm bathrooms, but this one comes in charcoal and does the trick for one group member's son.

Bet you never imagined that "Masks" would wind up as a category on one of your "Essentials For College" lists, but we're betting good money that it is. 

As far as disposable ones go, lots of folks recommended these.

Quite a few recommended "gaiters" as being very easy to pull on and off, so here's a link for them.
