Making Lists... But Not For Santa
With the end of summer (technically), and the beginning of the school year, our thoughts often turn to making lists.

But not for Santa, and not those types of lists.

We’re talking about checklists...for college planning. And while these lists may not be as much fun as those “others,” we can promise you they will be a heck of a lot more helpful.

Let Santa make his own darn lists.

College Planning Checklist for 9th and 10th Grade will clue the newbies in on what’s important in the process, and what these students need to concentrate on.

College Planning Checklist for 11th Grade reminds parents and students to have that very serious conversation and to concentrate on what’s really crucial for high school juniors.

College Planning Checklist for 12th Grade among other things, advises seniors about teacher’s recommendations and how to familiarize themselves with all the various application deadlines.

The College Search Process: Make a Checklist! puts the responsibility on parents and their students to make a checklist of their own in order to prioritize and organize.

Depending on where your student is in the admissions process, all of these articles are a must.
What’s Up Ahead on The Road…
Our partnership with the essay writing company, Prompt, is forging full steam ahead.

The next FREE webinar, hosted by Brad Schilling, CEO of Prompt, will be on September 10th at 8:30pm (EST).

Join Brad as he discusses how parents can help their students get started on essays, how Prompt's free software helps students brainstorm topics and figure out what to write about, and what college admissions officers are looking for when reading essays.

If you have a high school senior, this is really worthwhile information you’ll want to hear. And this webinar is FREE!
