The United States - Mexico - Canada Agreement (USMCA) has significant impact for many industry sectors. In 2018, Wisconsin exports to Canada were $7.03 billion and exports to Mexico were $3.4 billion. Exports to Mexico alone were up 8% from 2017.
USMCA is a new agreement to re-balance and modernize the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). USMCA will better serve the interests of American workers, farmers and ranchers, and businesses. The agreement supports trade that are mutually beneficial and will lead to freer markets, fairer trade and robust economic growth.
