Involta, a colocation, hybrid IT and managed services firm, has acquired a data center in the village of Harrison that it will expand to serve growing demand in the region.
Involta plans to expand on the existing 24.5 acre site to create a campus with up to 20 megawatts of capacity. The Involta SecurePower colocation model provides mission-critical data center space to support the needs and performance requirements of high-tech industries with the colocation and services needed for enterprise workloads and AI applications. In addition, the location's proximity is highly desirable for edge deployments, in which Involta is considered a tier-two market pioneer.

Waupaca Foundry, North America's largest supplier of iron castings used for everything from brake rotors to dental chairs, has been sold to a private equity firm in the industrial sector.
Employing more than 4,000 people, Waupaca operates five foundries in Wisconsin and Indiana. In addition to iron castings, it also does precision machining and assembly.
