NEENAH (WLUK) -- The $100 million investment into ThedaCare's Neenah hospital has been a long time coming.

Expansion and Business Development in the New North Wisconsin manufacturer with 440 employees acquired by New York conglomerate MILWAUKEE BUSINESS JOURNAL A Buffalo-based industrial conglomerate has purchased a Wisconsin company that added not only more holdings in its power business, but also significant manufacturing capacity and more than 400 employees. Allient Inc. (Nasdaq: ALNT), which has about 70 employees at its Amherst, New York, headquarters, acquired Oshkosh-based SNC Manufacturing, which makes electrical transformers for a variety of industries like defense, industrial automation, alternative power generation and energy.
