Business Development in the New North Foxconn shares details for Green Bay site Insight Publications Foxconn Technology Group selected Minnesota-based ISG and De Pere-based DeLeers Construction Inc. for design and construction work on its Foxconn Place Green Bay. The firms will work on the 4,800-square-foot second floor of the WaterMark building in downtown Green Bay. Foxconn purchased the majority of the six-story building in 2018 for $9.25 million.
