Economic Development Feature City of Sheboygan recognized with DNR award WHBL SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) – Citing Sheboygan’s successful adoption of an automated cart-based garbage and recycling program, the City of Sheboygan has been recognized with one of four Projects and Initiatives Awards from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
