Christopher Caldwell has been named President of the College of Menominee Nation (CMN) by the CMN Board of Trustees. The Board is led by Chairperson Gary Frechette, Vice-Chairperson Sara LaBarge, members; Shannon Chapman, Jesse Waukau, Michael Delabrue, Crystal Chapman-Chevalier and Marcus Denny. Humana selling De Pere campus, making way for mixed-use development

DE PERE -- Brown County's second largest employer is selling its campus in De Pere.
Humana plans to lease back part of the office building it currently occupies near Lawrence Drive. The rest of the undeveloped property will be filled with a mix of development, according to city officials.
“We have 80 acres of undeveloped land here that was planned for business park,” said Dan Lindstrom, De Pere’s Development Services Director. “It just hasn't been done so by the actual property owner. Former Shopko Express building on Evergreen to be remodeled into veterinary clinic

APPLETON -- CountrySide Veterinary Services will take over the vacant Shopko space at 2101 E. Evergreen Dr. in Appleton, Bayland Buildings Inc. announced in a press release Tuesday. Green Bay-based Bayland was selected as the general contractor for the remodel, which is expected to be complete by early fall.
