Expansion and Business Development in the New North Fincantieri Marinette Marine awarded contract for third Constellation-class Frigate MARINE LINK MARINETTE -- The U.S. Navy announced Thursday that Fincantieri Marinette Marine is on contract to build a third Constellation-class Frigate, the future USS Chesapeake.
This announcement follows last month’s successful critical design review of the first-in-class FFG-62, which is nearing the start of construction. The value of this contract option is approximately $536 million.

GREEN BAY -- Green Bay venture capital firm TitletownTech has added Edward Ward as a new partner, the firm announced Tuesday.
Ward previously worked in product development at Kohler Co. and is a retired Navy Commander who served as a fighter pilot and later worked for the U.S. Special Operations Command. Economic Development Feature Regional tourism spending nears pre-pandemic levels INSIGHT PUBLICATIONS GRAND CHUTE & OSHKOSH—Visitor spending in the Fox Cities increased to $466 million in 2021, a 40 percent increase over 2020 spending, said the Fox Cities Convention & Visitors Bureau (FCCVB). The amount puts the Fox Cities back within 9 percent of visitor spending in 2019, a pre-pandemic and record year for visitors.
