GREEN BAY - A downtown Green Bay site that has been looked at with potential for several years has the eye of a new developer. Green Bay's Redevelopment Authority granted a six-month planning option to Milwaukee developer New Land Enterprises for the parking lot located at the corner of Adams and Cherry Streets.
The company has won nine of 11 requests for proposals in Milwaukee and has completed 27 projects, according to Tim Gokhman, New Land’s managing director...

NEENAH - Six tech-ed teachers from around the state were honored, including three from Northeast Wisconsin. Wisconsin Business World and Plexus hosted the inaugural Manufacturing, Engineering and Technology (MET) educator awards in Neenah Thursday.
