Expansion and Business Development in the New North Redline Plastics expanding company, adding jobs WBAY MANITOWOC, Wis. (WBAY) - A plastics company is expanding its operations in Manitowoc.

Nelson Family Fund awarded a total of $1 million in grants to 23 Northeast Wisconsin nonprofits within the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region.
