Economic Development Feature National Advanced Mobility Consortium Selects Oshkosh Defense to Produce New Cold Weather All-Terrain Vehicle Prototype Oshkosh Defense OSHKOSH, Wis. (APRIL 5, 2021) — Oshkosh Defense, LLC, an Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK) company, announced today that the National Advanced Mobility Consortium (NAMC) has selected Oshkosh Defense and partner, ST Engineering, to participate in the prototype phase for the U.S. Army’s Cold Weather All-Terrain Vehicle (CATV).
The CATV is a new program for a tracked vehicle that operates in extreme cold weather or arctic conditions and is designed to replace the Small Unit Support Vehicles (SUSVs) that have been in service since the early 1980s.

Special Event New 5K in Little Chute intended to highlight river crossing, bring community together Post Crescent LITTLE CHUTE - Little Chute hopes to gather its residents in a new way with its River Run 5K on May 8.
It'll be the village's first running event. Most of the run and walk will proceed along the Heritage Parkway Trail. Participants will start at Doyle Park and run along the Fox River, through Island and Heesakker parks.

When you have electric probes in the water, catching walleye below the De Pere dam is easy. It allows Wisconsin DNR fish biologists to collect a tank full of fish to retrieve important data. They’re looking for length, sex and age of each fish before releasing them back into the river.
“The spawning population on the Fox River, 100,000-200,000 a year, it’s crazy,” says Mike Donofrio, DNR Fisheries Supervisor. “And the Menominee is probably next at 50,000-100,000, and then Peshtigo and the Oconto are probably less than 50,000, but it’s incredible...
