Special Event The 16th Sustainable Forestry Conference Florence County Economic Development FLORENCE, Wis. – The 16th Sustainable Forestry Conference will be held Wednesday, May 5th from 7:30 am until 3:15 pm at the Keyes Peak Ski Lodge, 4960 Hwy 101, four miles south of Florence. This year’s conference focuses on “Changing Forest Industry Dynamics”. Wood supply, demand and markets are always changing and so are the technology and best practices related to doing business.
This is an “In-Person” event. Expansion and Business Development in the New North Kohler Power Systems Expansion Underway Insight Publications Kohler Power Systems, a business within the Kohler Co. Power Group, is adding 155,000 square feet to its manufacturing facility in Sheboygan County town of Mosel.

(WBAY) - The City of Kaukauna will work with a company to redevelop the historical Carnegie Building, which used to be the city’s public library.
At a meeting Tuesday, the common council voted to enter an agreement with 111 Main Street LLC, named for the library’s address, with developer Tim Schuelke.

At The Heist, organizers have converted a former bank into a community space that they hope will bring people together. Sam Luna is a musician, creator, curator and educator. He’s traveled across the nation, searching for his artistic home in places like New Mexico and Los Angeles, with a goal of starting a project that amplifies a greater artist community.
