"We're always looking for ways to enhance the care and experience that we provide to our patients and visitors," said Justin Selle, president and CEO of Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) St. Nicholas Hospital.

Regional Events As part of Women's History Month, The City of Appleton’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion and Dignity & Respect Campaign 3.0 is proud to support the following events this month: DST/AHI/LWV Black Women Suffragists Program Saturday, March 7th, 2pm at Red Lion Hotel Join the Fox Valley 19th Amendment Centennial Coalition for this riveting event which be led by the North East Wisconsin Alumnae Chapter (NEWAC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and African Heritage, Inc. with support from the League of Women Voters of Appleton. At this event you will hear Michelle Duster, the great-granddaughter of Ida B. Wells, speak about "Black Women’s History: African American Suffragists and the Struggle for Inclusion." Duster will be speaking Saturday, March 7th from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Red Lion Paper Valley Hotel. An hors d'oeuvre reception and book signing will follow the program. This is a ticketed event.
