Keith Stephan has always had a "huge passion for all things tech."
The Plymouth resident has built computers, designed websites, written programming and handled graphic design duties. He wanted a technology career, but didn't think there'd be many opportunities for someone like him, who dropped out of high school and wanted to stay in his hometown of Plymouth.
Stephan's spark came in summer 2020 when he decided to take the General Educational Development test, just to see how he'd do. He passed and that turned out to be the confidence boost he needed to apply that fall to a new computer science career training program for northeastern Wisconsin residents.... Read More 1>

“We’ve owned Cozzy Corner for about three years now,” said Philip Bennett. Bennett says his passion for food lead him to get into the restaurant business when the opportunity presented. “I like to cook and I was friends with the old owners and they brought the opportunity to us,” he said.
Business is booming in the community because of the “soul” they put into the food. “We’ve won plenty of awards on our chicken. SHEBOYGAN -- 2021 was a good year for corn, at least in the eyes of one Sheboygan County farmer. Steve Wilkens, who farms near Random Lake, took second place in the National Corn Yield Contest conducted by the National Corn Growers Association. Wilkins, who also serves as an agronomy manager with Syngenta which developed his win-producing “Golden Harvest” hybrid, took second place with a yield of over 315 bushels per acre of no-till, non-irrigated land.
