Covid 19 Update.

Here at New England we are adhering to the government guidelines on unnecessary travel and social distancing. 

The health and well-being of our employees, clients and customers remains our highest priority and we are doing all we can to safeguard them during this time.

Our offices are now closed with the New England team working remotely from a home office environment. We will continue operating normally in all respects, except that all meetings will be held as calls or video conferences.

At this stage all of our online auctions and private treaty sales will go ahead as scheduled but where possible we are extending collection timeframes in order to give our buyers sufficient time to organise their removal and collection. 

Auction viewings and site visits are now restricted so wherever possible we request our customers to forward specific questions and queries to New England so we can gather data on your behalf. On some sites and from our auction centre we are able to offer our customers WhatsApp video viewing.

We wish all of our staff, clients and customers well in these difficult times, please do not hesitate to contact us if we can support you in any way.
