Located in the heart of the Mâconnais, Hubert Laferrère is the only
independent vigneron in the village of Lugny. Soft-press, spontaneous fermentation, matured in enamel lined-tanks on the lees for 8 months. Minimal sulfur added at bottling.
Floral and fruity, hints of white flowers, apple and lemon aromas. Fresh and light.
2015 Domaine Saint Denis Bourgogne ‘Le Clos’
Burgundy, France


Pinot Noir from the the single vineyard "Le Clos" in Chardonnay, Short maceration with constant pump-overs, and punchdowns breaking the cap towards the end of fermentation. Aged 12 months in two to five year old barrels.
Round and elegant, quite light, fruity and well balanced.
