The Riesling Kabinett is the base wine for this wonderful Sekt. A delicious, creamy, perfumed sparkling wine, all fresh acidity with lively white fruits and delicate softness. The acidity is infectious, giving great lift to this enjoyable crisp sparkler. Traditional bottle fermentation. Beautiful tiny bubbles! The fruit is the driving force here and comes through with ripe apricot flavors. Bottles are hand-riddled.
