Wyoming Whiskey Small Batch Bourbon Wyoming, USA
A traditional bourbon, from an untraditional place. Established in 2006 with a mission to produce Wyoming's first premium whiskey by using all non-GMO grains grown in Byron, Wyoming and limestone water from an aquifer nearby. Using two different yeasts designed to add a touch of fruitiness and distilled for a minimum of 5 years, making it one of the more unique Bourbons out there. Floral and fruit notes, with a hint of vanilla bean and caramel pudding light and smooth with a slight spice on the finish.
