2015 Chan de Rosas, Rías Baixas Albariño Clásico Galicia, Spain
Chan de Rosas (Garden of Roses) is a fuller, richer style of Albariño. Malolatic and lees fermentations give the palate great texture, complexity and creaminess. You can enjoy this great white by the glass and it will also pair nicely with a range of seafood, goat cheeses and egg based dishes.

2012 Viñas del Cambrico
Rufete, Tempranillo, Garnacha
Salamanca, Spain
A delicous blend of Tempranillo, Rufete and Garnacha. Like a string trio, each grape holds its own while letting the other two sing. The wines produced at Cámbrico are all made from 40 to 100 year-old-vines. No herbicides, insecticides or chemical fertilizers are used. The vineyards are ploughed by horse and the grapes are harvested completely by hand.
