A Blend of Tempranillo, Rufete. The wines produced at Cámbrico are all made from 40 to 100 year-old-vines. No herbicides, insecticides or chemical fertilizers are used. The vineyards are plowed by horse and the grapes are harvested completely by hand. This Cambrico vintage was exceptional, getting grapes with optimal levels of sugar, acidity and phenolic maturation. Very aromatic wine with lots of fruit, finesse and minerality. Rufete and Tempranillo blend beautifully in this bold full bodied red, ripe red fruits continue on the full bodied palate with notes of licorice, spice and herbs. pairs well with meat dishes especially Lamb.
